Blemish & Scar Reducing Face Mask

My jar is not full?
The jar that you pay for is 90g however the jars can be filled up to
150g. We fill the jars anywhere from 90g – 140g so you will always get more for what you pay for but never less. However, because we pipe in the mask, the mask then has gaps. Sometimes during transit, the mask might soften due to heat and the package being pushed around it might not keep its swirls. We have worked on the formula to make sure it’s hard enough to keep the swirls but also soft enough for you to use on your skin.
We are in the process of changing our packaging to reflect the amount
in the jar.

When I apply the mask I get a tingling sensation is this normal?
Yes! Slight tingling may occur, this is normal as it has active ingredients if tingling becomes severe or painful, please remove the mask immediately with warm water. Avoid direct contact with eyes or mouth. Discontinue use if skin becomes irritated.

I have used my mask a few times and it’s a bit dry, what should I do?
This is perfectly normal, naturally when clay is exposed to air the more you open your jar the mask tends to get dryer. If your mask dries up simply mix in a few drops of water for a smooth texture and then apply on to the skin as usual.

My mask has separated is it safe to use?
As this is a natural product, and we do not like using emulsifiers that don’t need to be used to blend the ingredients. As this is a mask that contains oil it is typical for some of the clay and oil to separate in the jar. If this happens just stir the mask to activate ingredients. It is totally safe and very normal for natural based.

My colour has changed or doesn’t look like the same colour on the website.
The colour of this mask may vary due to natural ingredients. Some of
the ingredients we use in this mask like calamine powder can vary in colour from all the way to very light pale pink, to dark pink almost brownish pink because of this the colour in the final product changes batch to batch. The colours of the pale-yellow swirl might vary from a pale yellow to a mustard yellow and the same with the pink and blue swirls. We try and create the pretty pale ice cream like pastel pink, yellow and blue swirls but, in some batches, it can be different tones of pinks, blues and yellows.
The colour may also fade over time, depending on where you store it,
but this does not alter its efficiency.
