Refund policy

ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns once the order has been placed.

On every product page this is stated and at check out you must tick "I accept terms & conditions before you can process your order, therefore you agree to the above. 

REFUND EXCEPTION

All refunds if for any reason will be reviewed on a case by case for example if you have placed an order twice that is identical if you thought the payment didn’t go through. Then we will refund you the order that has been repeated. 

ACCIDENTAL ORDERS

Refunds will not be given if an order was made by “accident” You have to tick that you have read the terms & conditions before checking out and it’s a 2-step process of logging into your account after you have added items to your cart therefore no orders are an “accident”.

For any order related enquires you can contact us at orders@yasminkarimi.com pictures and video evidence is essential for any order related issues and the order invoice. Without this we cannot proceed with your enquire.
