Can I change or cancel my order?

All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations/returns , nor do we allow refunds/exchanges.

Where is my order?

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive an email confirmation, a following email will be sent when your order is despatched and a final email to let you know your YK products are on their way to you. Each of these emails contains a clickable link which will allow you to track the progress of your order.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

Only one promo code can be used per order.

Ordering During holiday, launch or sale periods

Please keep in mind that during holidays, limited edition launches or sale periods order processing may vary. If a product becomes out of stock once you've ordered we will email to inform you when the items return in stock and when they will be delivered.

Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the South of England.
  • Tracking information is sent via email after your order has been placed.
  • Orders placed before 3.30pm (UK time) will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3.30pm will be shipped the following day.
  • Please keep in mind that during holidays, limited edition launches or sale periods order processing may vary. If a product becomes out of stock once you've ordered we will email to inform you when the items return in stock and when they will be delivered.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Yasmin Karimi at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

 

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

 

International Shipping

On occasion Yasmin Karimi offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers may receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carriers in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

Returns

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/ returns. Please keep in mind that due to the natural ingredients in our products, colours and/or textures may appear different in individual products and items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason.

Damaged items

We’re sorry if you’ve received destroyed or damaged YK products. In this instance please email contact@yasminkarimi.com with your order number and photo/video evidence of the items so we can work hard to best resolve the issue.

Incorrect Items

If you have received the incorrect items please email us on contact@yasminkarimi.com so that together we can arrange the return of the incorrect items and send you your correct order.

Are Yasmin Karimi products safe to use if I am pregnant?

Listed below are some essential oils that pregnant women are advised to avoid all together during pregnancy. Yasmin Karimi products contain a wide range of essential oils, all of which are listed on our product pages. We always advise consulting your GP before using a new product during pregnancy.

PREGNANCY. The following oils should be avoided altogether during pregnancy. Ajowan: Angelica: Anise (star): Aniseed: Basil: Bay Laurel: Calamintha: Cedarwood (all): Celery Seed: Cinnamon (leaf): Citronella: Clove: Cumin: Fennel (sweet): Hyssop: Labdanum: Lovage: Marjoram: Myrrh: Nutmeg: Parsley: Snakeroot: Sage (spanish): Tarragon: Thyme (white). The following oils should be avoided during the first four months of pregnancy. Peppermint: Rose: Rosemary.

Product incompatibility

Our products are tried and tested and have been formulated for all skin types but due to the unique nature of skin people may respond in different ways. All of our ingredients are listed on our website prior to purchase and do not assume responsibility for any product incompatibility. If irritation does occur stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice.

Broken caps

Our caps have an easy release design to prevent damage during shipping. If your cap appears to be broken on arrival then firmly click it back into place. The pump will work as normal and has not been damaged.

Force Majeure

Events outside Yasmin Karimi’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Yasmin Karimi is released from Yasmin Karimi’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain Yasmin Karimi’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Yasmin Karimi.

All transfers conducted through Yasmin Karimi are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
